House rules of ELGA

You are more than welcome to visit our wholesale warehouse. To take care of pleasant shopping for everyone, please have a look at our house rules. Visiting our wholesale warehouse means that you accept and respect the following house rules:

House rules ELGA

• We do not sell to private persons.
• We do not sell to associations and/or foundations.
• Maximum two persons per company.
• Handbags and umbrellas are to be deposited at the counter or use our free lockers.
• The minimum order amount is € 50,- excluded VAT
• Drinks are available in our coffee area. Food and drinks may not be taken into the shopping area.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Children till 12 years old are not allowed (Neither in the coffee area) Children between 13 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Dogs and pets are not allowed.
• The use of a shopping cart or basket is obligatory.
• Our store is secured with surveillance video cameras.
• Our products are visible and invisible secured against shoplifting.
• We can ask for a valid ID when you pay with credit card.
• Criminal offences are always reported to the police.
• Packages may only be opened after payment.

Return policy

• In case of returns and refund, please go to the counter desk directly after entering the ELGA building.
• Returns by post: transport costs will be paid by the customer.
• Returns will only be accepted within 30 days, in original undamaged packaging and with the original invoice.
• We do not refund money on returns.
• We do not refund and/or take return goods that are on sale.
